When you contact a seller on a product page we collect the details you enter in the contact form: your name, email, country, expected quantity and message, together with the product and seller you contacted. We also store a one-way hashed version of your IP address (never the raw address) to prevent spam.
2. Why we use your data
We use this data only to forward your request to the seller, send you a confirmation email, prevent spam and abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We never sell personal data.
3. How long we keep it
Leads are stored in private, access-controlled storage for as long as needed to process your request, up to 24 months. You can request deletion at any time — see below.
4. Your rights & deletion
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time, free of charge. Click the button below (or email hello@globalmarket.vin with the subject 'Data deletion request') and we will remove your leads from our store within 30 days.
5. Legal basis — Decree 13/2023 & GDPR
For users in Vietnam we process personal data in accordance with Decree No. 13/2023/NĐ-CP on personal data protection. For users in the EU/EEA we rely on legitimate interest and consent under the GDPR; you have the right to object, restrict or port your data.
